redmine api answer code is

401 UNAUTHORIZED

this can happens if the user you are using in the API, may be does not have rigths to request
RedmineSwitchUser

that is used to create the issue with the user LOGGED ON TestLink as the reporter

We have installed it in windows server 2016.
Also we have installed Bitnami redmine redmine-4.0.4-0 installation.
In the error http_code":401 symbolizes authentication issue.
Infact we are using same username and password for both testlink and redmine.
So where to find the access with the user in testlink ? Can you please tell me the path where i can find it and change it ?

Infact the user logged on is admin and has admin role.

Also have uploaded the access rights doc for the logged in admin user for both Testlink and redmine.

IMHO this information can be provided to you by the person that has configured the integration on testlink.

you need to use the feature to create and manage issue trackers

I'm not a Redmine expert => you need to check by yourself the rights of Redmine user used for integration and read the redmine API doc to understand if the grants are OK

The issue got resolved by applying the API access key in the My Account section of redmine in the Issue Tracker Management configuration.
