0008646: Cannot install without SQL root access

Description

The installer is asking for a root DB account.
IT operation team denies any request/apps that tries to connect as administrator account.
Any way to install without root access to DB?

Steps To Reproduce

Don't provide any data to database admin account field in installer.

(0028764) fman (administrator) 2019-04-23 19:05	you need to have a user with power to create databases and tables or you will not be able to use the installer, and you will need to run the scripts in a sql client with the right user. please give a look to your installation folder layout to find the scripts. do not ask here for this kind of help => use forum other option: use bitnami installer
