Summary0008269: GRANT problem on new tables when migrating

I use Postgres and I had several issues if I want to migrate my DB from one version to a new one. I have a *DB Access Error* on every new table added on the version. To solve the issue I had to GRANT all privleges to my DB user.

Example for the 1.9.17:
/* user is the same as DB_USER in */
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON /*prefix*/testcase_script_links TO /*user*/;
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON /*prefix*/codetrackers TO /*user*/;
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON /*prefix*/testproject_codetracker TO /*user*/;

Is it possible to add the GRANT commands on the future DB scripts (located in ./install/sql/alter_tables/[version]/postgres/DB.[version]/step...)?
Steps To ReproduceI had the issue when migrating from 1.9.14 to 1.9.15 and from 1.9.16 to 1.9.17
