Having some tests with all different status like 5 tests "Final", 5 tests "Obsolete", 5 tests "ready for review" etc.
(these tests might have been used in a test campaign at least one time, so maybe consider some tests with multiple version since already run tests must have been in 'final' state inorder to be used)
Go to Test Specification
Put a "Final" filter in Status
Actual Result : There are some missing tests with "Final" status and even some "Obsolete" one that show up.
Expected Result : All (5) tests with status "Final" shown.

this kind of fuzzy details

does not clarify situation
Please do an additional effort and provide step by step that allow me to do same test you are doing.
Different status on different versions for same Test case can be the reason

Unfortunately, i'm a simple employee that must use an existing Testlink environment setup by my compagny. And i cannot play/test with the data I'm using since this issue has been discovered in a production environment, and i have no right to test deeper as you request.
Please could you investigate this issue ?
Maybe as you told in your comment, the filtering system does not look at the very last version of each tests so some tests are displayed that should not ?
