Summary0007745: Installing plugin failure on MSSQL
DescriptionColumn name on plugins table incorrect
Invalid column name 'id'. - /* debugMsg */ SELECT id, basename, enabled FROM plugins. plugins table gets created with plugin_id column instead of id column in install\sql\mssql\testlink_create_tables.sql

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'author_id', table 'testlink.dbo.plugins'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

The author_id column has a NOT NULL clause in the install\sql\mssql\testlink_create_tables.sql script. Removing the NOT, dropping the table and re-creating with a NULL clause on author_id solves the problem. The insert statement only specifies basename and enabled columns, therefor any NOT NULL columns without a default clause will cause a failure.
