Summary

0006652: Clicking "Test Plan Management" from home gives 500 error

Description

When I clcik the "Test Plan Management" link from the home screen, it just gives a menu bar, with an http 500 error page below (in IE 11) with no options. In Firefox 32 it is just a blank white page.

Steps To Reproduce

From Home Screen,
Click "Test Plan Management" in "Test Plan" section
