|Fixed in Version|
|Summary||0002391: Email notification to testplan manager when testcase is updated|
|Description||It would be really nice if email notifications could be sent to the user(some sort of manager) that created a testplan, that a testcase that is included in the plan has been updated to a new version.|

|QA Team - Task Workflow Status|
Added relation to the general email refactoring request.
Who will be notified?
- everybody who has "edit Test Plan" right except inherited admin users
Users can disable email notification in own profile. (TO BE developed)
What a message will include:
- Test Plan name, TC name and version
- info whether execution on TC was already done
- link with a navigation to the page where update could be done.
- info that this notification could be disabled in user profile
This is important feature, any changes done in the test cases, owner of test cases (created by) and other people assigned to that project should get notification(configurable)
Is there any plan to include this feature in upcoming release?
IMHO this will be an overkill is a email will be sent at each change.
Some kind of bulk mail is needed to be done JUST once a day.
We have NO PLANS for this feature, but are open to contributions.
