0008592: UPGRADED TestLink - Test specification filter by keywords doesn't show test specifications with newly added keywords
After adding a keyword to a test specification, when filtering the test specifications tree by keywords, the search result doesn't show test specifications where this keyword has been newly added.
1) Use any test project, any test specification, any keyword.
2) Assign the keyword to the test specification
3) Test specification page now lists the assigned keyword correctly at the bottom of the page.
4) However, when filtering the test specifications tree on the left by this keyword, the test specificaton, to whic you just assigned to keyword, will not be listed
My tests were done on an upgraded installation (I have a production database which was upgraded from TestLink version 1.9.3).

Keywords, which were already assigned to test specifications before my upgrade, work correctly - filtering on them works fine!
The problem mentioned above only affects keywords, which were assigned to a test specification on the new installation!

It doesn't matter if the keyword was an existing one (from before my upgrade) or if I use a newly created keyword - same behaviour in both cases.

Also it doesn't matter if the test specification was an existing one (from before my upgrade) or I use a newly created test specification - same behaviour in both cases.

Please get latest stable code, do fresh install and provide feedback.
This is needed to undestand if issue is related to the upgrade procedure

Just did a fresh install with 1.9.19-0.
NO problems there! Filtering works fine after assigning keywords.
--> so the problem is related to the fact that I have an upgraded database.

But please keep in mind: although I encountered the problem on an upgraded database, it also happens on new test projects, with new test cases and new keywords, which didn't exist before the upgrade!

but this does not happen on a fresh installation => some issue exists on the upgrade procedure
