0008031: TestLink stopped communicating with JiraCloud
Hello team,

We recently updated our JiraCloud to 7.3.6 version.
When we did it, the testlink stopped integrating with Jira.
Any of the projects are working now.

We changed the type of configuration to REST (instead of SOAP) and is still not working.

We've contact our Jira support. They analysed the integration is working on Jira. So we believe it's something happening with the testlink configuration.
as soon as we try to conect, the app shows "Attention Please:
Something is preventing connection to Bug Tracking System,
and is going to create performance issues.
Please contact your TestLink Administrator"

Hello,

I'm sorry but I think I don't know how to proceed with the previous comment.
Is that directory on JiraCloud or Testlink? What should I do in that directory? Is there a How-to somewhere in your site where I can consult what steps should I follow?

Hello team!

O'm sorry abou the delay. I depend on my client's answer to reply on this issue.
In our Jira instance, we have too many REST requests, what used to make our Jira crash all the time.
To avoid this crash, we've developed a gateway to control these requests. So, we cannot have any REST request accessing our Jira without passing through this gateway.
In order to configure it, we need to have a header where we can informe the gateway token and user/password.
Do you have any configuration file with header option to share with us?

We don't have a solution yet.
We've tried to add in our whitelist the server's IP address but it's still not working.
