0005174: Many builds -> Assigning Test Case Execution -> Right frame does not automatically refresh
If we create many build and wants to assign the test cases to the users , the left tree gets updated but the right frame still shows the old values. We need to click on Test Suite to refresh the right side frame.
1) Create -> Test Project C

2) import xml file

3) Create two builds , 501122, 504433

4) Go to Add remove test cases. Only add test cases , do not assign it to users.

5) Go to Assign Test Case Execution-> Select Test Suite-> Select one build 501122

4) Check all test cases -> Do

5) Bulk user assignment select "admin" -> Do

6) Save

7) Now change the build to 504433 -> Still the right frame shows old build assignment and does not get refreshed automatically.

8) In left frame "update tree after every operation" is checked.

Expected is-> when the build is changing and left tree is getting refreshed , the right frame too gets updated.
